Current Herd
Our herd is made up of the wonderfully small Nigerian Dwarf goats. Maximum height at the withers (high point of shoulder) for does: 22 1/2″, bucks: 23 1/2″. They are proportioned just like their bigger dairy goat cousins just at 1/3 the size. Besides the cuteness factor (and they are very cute) this smaller size makes managing them much easier. You have a goat you can pick up instead of one that picks you up.
Our foundation stock all came from CornerStone Farm in Virginia. We traveled a long way to get them, but it was worth the extra effort to start our herd with great quality. From these foundation stock we also have lines from Pecan Hollow, Artesian Valley, Old Crowe Farm, Enchanted Hill, and Caesar’s Villa.
All of our goats are registered with the American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA).
We currently have four does and two bucks who all grace our lives with joy, goat nibbles, and lots of love.
